You might remember her as the love-torn Miranda on The Secret Life of Us or as Jodie in Heartbreak High but Abi Tucker is about to return to TV drama in a completely different new role: on McLeod's Daughters.
She has made a name for herself playing edgy urban characters, but get ready to see Abi Tucker in a whole new light as she pulls on a pair of riding boots, dons an Akubra and canters her way into Drovers Run in season 2007.
"I've never lived in South Australia before," says Abi. "I'd done a run of a play in London, and we'd been to Edinburgh with it – and it had gone well. So there was lots happening for me in acting and music, but I'm really glad to have the opportunity to move back and sink my teeth into something new. This really is a start-from-scratch thing for me."
